Our history
I am Juan Gil, known professionally as DJ Chito, a U.S. Army veteran whose journey into music began during my deployment in Iraq. Seeking a way to escape the stress of war, I discovered my talent and love for DJing at a local patio on post called 6Pazzi, where I connected with another DJ who later became my mentor.
After learning the craft and eventually taking over as the resident DJ for the post, I realized how powerful music could be in bringing people together and lifting spirits—even in the most challenging environments.
When I returned home, I decided to continue this passion for mixing and entertaining, transforming my experience abroad into a lifelong love for music. Today, DJ Chito brings that same energy, heart, and dedication to every set, creating unforgettable moments that keep crowds moving and connected through rhythm and sound.
